Management Consulting

Our management consulting assignments tend to follow a quality/process improvement theme providing ways to allow the client to run his business better. These projects have everything from market studies to re-designing purchasing processes. In many cases these assignments result in developing software tools. As an example, one of these tools was a complete end to end EDI based supply chain management system for the purchase and delivery of new ISO containers and container chassis.
